រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ ថ្ងៃទី៣១ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ – គ្រឹះស្ថាន ទន្លេ ហ្វាយនែន ម.ក ក្រុមហ៊ុន អ អិម អេ (ខេមបូឌា) ម.ក ការក្នុងការផ្តល់សេវាភតិសន្យាហិរញ្ញវត្ថុលើបរិក្ខារកសិកម្ម ក្នុងគោលបំណងពង្រីកជម្រើសហិរញ្ញប្បទាន និងជួយនិង ក្រុមហ៊ុន ស៊ីអិមជី ប្រាយម៍ ម៉ាស៊ីនើរី ឯ.ក បានចុះហត្ថលេខាលើអនុស្សរណៈនៃការយោគយល់គ្នា ស្តីពីកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិសម្រួលដល់កសិករ និងអាជីវកម្មក្នុងវិស័យកសិកម្ម ទទួលបានឧបករណ៍កសិកម្មដែលសមស្របនឹងតម្រូវការរបស់អតិថិជន។
កិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការនេះ ត្រូវបានបង្កើតឡើងដោយផ្អែកលើការរួមបញ្ចូលគ្នានូវជំនាញ បទពិសោធន៍ និងសមត្ថភាពអាជីវកម្មរបស់ភាគីទាំងបី ក្នុងការផ្តល់ជូនអតិថិជននូវជម្រើសកាន់តែងាយស្រួល និងមានប្រសិទ្ធភាពក្នុងការទទួលបានហិរញ្ញប្បទានលើឧបករណ៍កសិកម្មថ្មី។
សម្រាប់កសិករ និងអាជីវកម្មកសិកម្ម ការទទួលបានឧបករណ៍កសិកម្មទំនើប និងសមស្រប អាចជួយបង្កើនផលិតភាព ពង្រីកប្រតិបត្តិការ និងពង្រឹងសមត្ថភាពអាជីវកម្ម។ តាមរយៈកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការនេះ អតិថិជនដែលមានតម្រូវការបរិក្ខារកសិកម្មពី ក្រុមហ៊ុន ស៊ីអិមជី ប្រាយម៍ ម៉ាស៊ីនើរី អាចធ្វើការស្នើសុំសេវាភតិសន្យាហិរញ្ញវត្ថុពី គ្រឹះស្ថាន ទន្លេ ហ្វាយនែន ស្របតាមលក្ខខណ្ឌ និងនីតិវិធីវាយតម្លៃ និងការអនុម័តពីគ្រឹះស្ថានទន្លេ ហ្វាយនែន ។ ដំណោះស្រាយនេះផ្តល់ជាជម្រើសបន្ថែមសម្រាប់អតិថិជន ដើម្បីគាំទ្រដល់ការវិនិយោគលើឧបករណ៍កសិកម្ម ធ្វើឱ្យអតិថិជនអាចរៀបចំ និងគ្រប់គ្រងលំហូរសាច់ប្រាក់បានងាយស្រួលស្របតាមលក្ខខណ្ឌនៃកិច្ចសន្យា។

ថ្លែងក្នុងពិធីចុះហត្ថលេខាលើអនុស្សរណៈនៃការយោគយល់គ្នា លោកស្រី ប្រាក់ ឆៃកល្យាណ នាយិកាប្រតិបត្តិផ្នែកពាណិជ្ជកម្ម នៃគ្រឹះស្ថាន ទន្លេ ហ្វាយនែន បានថ្លែងអំណរគុណយ៉ាងជ្រាលជ្រៅដល់ ក្រុមហ៊ុន អ អិម អេ ខេមបូឌា និង ក្រុមហ៊ុន ស៊ីអិមជី ប្រាយម៍ ម៉ាស៊ីនើរី ចំពោះការជឿទុកចិត្ត និងការគាំទ្រក្នុងការបង្កើតភាពជាដៃគូនេះ។

Tonle Finance, RMA Cambodia, and CMG Prime Machinery Signed an MOU to Unlock New Financing Opportunities for Farmers and Agricultural Businesses in Cambodia
Phnom Penh, 31 August 2026 – Tonle Finance Plc., RMA Cambodia (Cambodia) Plc., and CMG Prime Machinery Co., Ltd. have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to cooperate under the Agriculture Equipment Lease Financing Service Program, providing financial leasing solutions to eligible customers purchasing new agricultural equipment from CMG Prime Machinery.
The partnership is built upon the combined expertise, experience, and business capabilities of all three parties, providing customers with a more accessible and coordinated way to finance new agricultural equipment.
For farmers and agricultural businesses, access to modern equipment can play an important role in improving productivity, expanding operations and strengthening business capacity. Through the new partnership, eligible customers purchasing agricultural equipment from CMG Prime Machinery can apply for financial leasing from Tonle Finance, subject to applicable assessment and approval requirements. This provides customers with an alternative financing solution to support their equipment investment while managing their cash flow through structured repayments.
